In this case, I suggest the private class, to learn meditation and breathing techniques to help reduce stress and give comfort to both mom and baby.
(monthly package, class is one day a week. I take recordings that you will be able to access on the cloud for a week, allowing you to continue practicing until your next class. If your pregnancy requires special rest and minimum movement, these classes can be structured as a combination of breathing, meditation and warm-up exercises instead of yoga poses.)
